Josh Harmon was very professional and courteous. My water heater broke down and he took care of the everything. The warranty ordering a new water heater and came the next day and installed it within an hour. That is what I call excellent service. I would highly recommend David Gray. Worst company EVER! They charged loan shark rates. In my house less than 30 seconds and charged me $69. Tried to charge me $465 for a $150 job. Talking about "They have a higher overhead and a better warranty." The other company has a better warranty and a lower overhead. As a disabled veteran, THIS IS CRAZY! Please, stay away from this company. They have no morals and rip people off.

So I would give them a good rating, however I have some issues. Its not worth 1 star because they have done service at my house before and they did well. The first time. The second time I dealt with them was another back up in the house, apparently he didnt have a camera on him and wanted to come back to do the camera the next day. When he quoted me for it, it was 500. Now the first guy didnt charge me 500, I would have remembered it. Fast foward to today, I messaged them to have them come out to fix my sink thats leaking inside of my cabinet. I am literally less than 1/2 mile away from them. They told me the soonest they could come out was August 4th.... its July 28th. Yeah no thanks, thanks for the URGENT 24 hour service. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection
