Very responsive and timely. They were able to send someone the next day to remove and reinstall a water heater in my attic. It wasn't an easy job, but Elliott was diligent and professional. He was polite, cleaned up after himself, very professional and very thorough. Excellent job and excellent value for such a quick/urgent request. They are licensed and insured as well. Just recently used FPS for the second time. Initially they completely redid all of the plumbing in my home in order for it to be insured. This most recent time, they addressed a clog that was backed up to my main line. This involved getting on the roof and determining exactly where the problem was. Very thorough both times and I will certainly use them in the future. Great team of people working there too. The guys are very professional and easy toward with as well as the office.
