Exceptional customer service!! We had the best experience with Kriss!! After arriving to our beach home from Georgia and stepping into a 95 degree oven, we had no idea who to call! We started blindly calling AC repair companies. I am so thankful others weren't available or didn't answer their phone. We had the best experience with this after hours unexpected AC repair. Kriss diagnosed and repaired our AC, literally within a few minutes of arrival to our home, which by the way, was very soon after we called him. We can't say enough good about him.
