I had Rick come out to look at my system because it was freezing up. Found that the system was low on refrigerant. He performed a leak search and found the leak in the condenser coil. Got in touch with Keith and he gave me a price I couldn't refuse. Talked with the ladies in the office(Veronica and Janet) and they were very professional and caring. They set up a day to replace the system and got me all the information I needed for the warranty and upkeep of the system. The install team (Andrew and Tristen) were on time and completed the job within a timely matter. They were so polite and when they left you couldn't even tell that they were there. The Quincey's team was very knowledgeable and efficient in installing a new WiFi thermostat along with pulling a new wire to hook it up. They also blew new insulation into my attic making the home very energy efficient in the future. I will be looking forward to a reduction in the power bills from the new thermostat and insulation.
