Worst company in the panhandle, send you from person to person without ever getting a solution. Conveniently the person you are told to talk to is always on the line with another customer. The only positive is they are cheap. Lesson learned, good plumbers aren't cheap and cheap plumbers aren't good. Hired to do 3 new construction homes and when its time to hook up sewer they tell us that their insurance does not allow them to go that deep so we have to hire a legit plumbing company to finish their job. The entire project has been a struggle with this company

What a nightmare! I was desperate for a plumber, but I regret ever calling this business. Not only were they more expensive than others, but they were extremely unprofessional and did a terrible job. They canceled the first appointment that was made without even calling to warn us. When they finally showed up the next day, they were unprepared for the repair and made a MESS of the place. On top of all of that, the repair was not done properly and had to be redone by another plumber a week later. If this is how they treat all of their customers, they should have their license revoked! From scheduling, installation, and billing thru 100's of new houses they are always prompt, professional, and accurate. Great company, great employees. I refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.
