Called and asked how much it would be to replace a toilet flap. Was told they could not give an estimate," had to inspect the toilet first". I assured the woman on the phone I knew from a lifetime of having flaps replaced that in fact, that was the only issue. Lo and behold, when (2) plumbers arrived to replace a single toilet flap he confirmed that was the only issue, just as I had already stated over the phone. Toilet Flap replacement charge was $134.00 (literally took him under 2 minutes to replace). Being a Cove resident the $134 was with the discount they apply for their cove neighbors. Are you kidding? Since when do plumbers need two men to change out a flap and since when do plumbers make more than lawyers and doctors? Highway Robbery! Never again. Service: Toilet repair

I called them at 10:15 as a new customer and they came out and fixed my kitchen sink by 2pm the same day! The woman on the phone was kind and professional and the tech was amazing! He even took the time to talk to my daughter about what he was doing since she was curious. I will definitely continue using them in the future!

I hired Muth and Sons to re-plumb my whole house. My house was build in the 1950's and it was no longer functioning properly. Brian and his guys did an amazing job. I even had them change out the old ancient tubs for new modern showers. The quality of work was amazing. Everything was done in the quoted timeframe even with parts coming in damaged and backordered. But the real amazing part came after the repairs. I had issues with the city regarding my water main and water meter. Brian did everything in his power to help and thoroughly checked to make sure things got fixed properly on their end. All of this in the name of excellent customer service.
