Had a representative from Peadon come out to the house a couple days ago to give me a quote on replacing my hot water heater, and while the quote was quite a bit higher than I thought it should be, it turned out to be in the range of other quotes. The rep saw what needed to be replaced and said it would be a simple swap, but when the work was finished today the new hot water heater takes up much more space and has some expansion tank that now gets in the way of my cabinets. Three hours after the install I still had no hot water, and when I called for service, I got connected to an answering service and someone sitting in their living room with dogs barking in the back. Chris was an exceptionally nice young man. He took his time explaining what had happened and answering all of my questions. He helped me set up an appointment with a plumber to discuss a cut off valve I'm concerned about. I was well pleased with his visit.
