We had a main sewer leak in our backyard. Had gotten several bids from the big name companies in Panama City that were exorbitant. I knew there had to be a professional plumbing company whose rates were fair, yet did great work. That is what we found in Plumbing Services. Our technician Derek arrived when he said he would be there, got right to work and stayed until the job was completed and right. The pricing was about half of what the big name plumbers had quoted. We have found our "go-to" plumbers for Panama City. Great job Derek. Great job Plumbing Services. If anyone needs repair or service, call Plumbing Services. One of their plumber's Terry was rude, threw things and tank around when asked why the water heat pan wasn't underneath the tank but was on the side forgotten. Than on the other occasion, he went to my other unit without my permission when my guest was staying there for the week to do a wrong repair to charge me $800. He left me a message prior to going there but didn't bother to hear back from me , just went there and assumed to make the repair that wasn't asked. I don't do repairs while my guest occupy the unit, that was wrong , my guests were shocked! Their customer service is rude along with their owner Jimmy! Service: Water heater repair

We had a clogged washer line. Tried to do myself with no luck. Call Jimmy Lumley Plumbing. Office staff very professional and Terry Mccall (who I have used before) was able to figure it out quickly and fix the problem. someone in the past had tried to snake the vent pipe in the roof and broke off the snake. He was able to remove the section of pipe, remove the pieces and replace section in 2 hours. These guys know what they are doing and do it for a fair price. I will use them for all my needs.
