We called Telford Reynolds Electric to learn about whole house generators after Hurricane Michael destroyed most of the Florida Panhandle in October 2018. Even though Mr. Reynolds’ office and home were damaged after the hurricane he still provided service to his customers. One of his satisfied customers recommended him to us and we are glad they did. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood all our options and then gave us firm prices based on our choices. His men came when scheduled and acted professional during the entire process. Our 22 KW Generac Generator was installed in early February 2019 and has worked perfectly since. We will recommend Reynolds Electric to anyone asking our opinion. We found them to be honest, reliable and professional.

Quality of work done seems good. I had a generator installed to cover all of my square footage. Well outlined in the contract. When the power went out it didn’t cover a separate carriage house. I requested they fix it and they refused. I was told they neglected to add a part to their parts list and that was why they would not honor the contract. Filed a BBB complaint and now, with the Florida Attorney General’s office.

I hired an electrician to install an outside outlet for a hot tub who did not show up. I was in a pinch and Mr. Telford personally returned my call, had the office call me and scheduled an estimate the next day. The price was very fair as I compared several quotes. THEN, they had technicians actually do the install the following day. I was called with a heads up call both times as the tech was on the way. This job was not an easy task which required running wire underneath a deck in the high heat. The workers never complained although I was offering shade and water constantly for fear of heat strokes. Therefore I absolutely can say without a doubt this company is being run very professionally, competively, and fast responding. I wish him continued success.
