This was the first time I used this company and I could not be more pleased. I spoke to Lori yesterday and she texted me with a time for today. The service men were on time, put down a mat in the bathroom and explained what they were doing. They were polite and friendly. Not only did they unclog the tub but put in a new drain cap that they did not charge me for. The service was excellent and the cost was $100 less than the the closest competitor. Everything was terrific with this plumbing company. Leo, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. And his prices were competitive . He made absolutely sure the diagnosis from his team was accurate by coming himself to inspect everything. The work was significant—they had to pull up the front yard and lay new pipes (our house was built in 1952 and hence the pipes were irreparable) but the work was very efficiently and super tidy. Thank you to Leo and his team!
