Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and happy to work with you and your insurance company through every step of the process. Our roof looks great! The cleanup was terrific. Give them a call. They want to charge 69.00 for an estimate to reroof the house. That is a poor business practice

If I could give negative stars I would. Initial appt was from 10-1pm. No call no show. He was supposed to have been on his way at 10:30. According to the office it was a SMALL oversight. He finally calls at 530 and has the audacity to tell me I shouldn’t schedule an insurance inspection until repairs are done because you never know how long it will take. I had a leak that needed to be patched. Not an entire roof replacement. You would assume scheduling an inspection the following day would be sufficient for a patch. He then promises to be at my home 8-9 the next morning. Again no call no show. Here it is 1pm and I’ve lost two whole days waiting on someone who never intended to show up. It’s apparent that they work based on who is going to pay them more and tending to a small roof patch is beneath them.
