Our experience with GEM & their representative, Richard, was INCREDIBLE! Richard was very professional, knowledgeable, kind & very accommodating. His management style of ‘hands on approach’ leaves NO ROOM for errors or MISCALCULATION. Our project involved sorting & organizing articles from a storage unit that we no longer have. We had that storage unit for about 7 years. The accumulation of everything from clothing, pictures, personal documents, books ???? and holiday ???? decorations created an unbelievable amount of work. With Richard’s help we were able to Move a Mountain or reduce a Mountain to a Mole Hill. His suggestions, equipment & labor we were able to resolve our problem! Thank you Richard & GEM for your help!
