I called them to get a quote on changing my water heater to tankless. Their price *(without coming to see the work) was twice what other plumbing companies quoted. They might be good, but an abusive pricing approach is not going to get them new customers if that's their business practice. You can see their reply.. That's their customer service quality.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience in using Jax Plumbing. We had called and received quotes from other plumbing companies. Most un responsive or would takes weeks to get to my leak. We called Jax Plumbing and they came out next day to see the situation and provided a quote on the spot and returned 3 days later to fix the issue. What I liked is that they problem solved. They tried to avoid breaking my walls and cabinets and ceilings to fix the leak. They succeeded. What a relief. They are very knowledgeable, professional and very clean. He gave me a good price for all the work I needed and did an awesome job. The team took their time and made sure everything was working correctly and was installed properly.
