It’s hard finding good, honest people. We hit the jackpot on this one. We had a great experience with Jax plumbing. From overall customer service to the install. I called them to get a quote on changing my water heater to tankless. Their price *(without coming to see the work) was twice what other plumbing companies quoted. They might be good, but an abusive pricing approach is not going to get them new customers if that's their business practice. You can see their reply.. That's their customer service quality.
