Initially, communication was effective and reliable. Required permitting hit a snag/delay, but they ultimately made an effort to get things done. FINAL UPDATE: Job was done very well, product (tankless water heater) works like a charm. Work was done to code and as expected, and we passed final inspection without a problem. Would highly recommend.

I want personally thank the owner and Jon for making today's visit a positive one. They were both very responsive to the situation, they came on time and took care of the filter and leak issue I had. The customer service for this all in one company is amazing. When they say something they deliver. You don’t have to be behind them to follow up for anything. I will definitely recommend them and I’m keeping them in my back pocket for any future issues that come up in the house. Thank you!!
