Frank assessed the issue immediately, cut through the roof downstairs to access the shower drain from the upstairs bathroom, completely replaced the eroded drain system, and cleaned up everything when he was done. JOSE IS DA' MAN!!! Professional, helpful, and kind. A day prior to my appt I had a pipe brake. He took a short notice appointment and didn't make me feel stupid when I had no idea what he was talking about. He explained all options. He MUST return for my originally scheduled toilet installation. Good customer isn't dead yet. Service: Plumbing leak repair
