We purchased our downstairs unit from Advanced Cooling in 2017 and received excellent service. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago 2021 and our upstairs unit decided to stop working. I contacted Jason with Advanced Cooling around 3 pm on a Tuesday and he was at my house at 8 am the next morning to help. We came up with a solution and I ordered a whole new unit. He gave us 2 different pricing options which I find to be excellent customer service. Jason made us a priority because our upstairs unit was completely down, he didn't have to do this. I highly recommend Advanced Cooling Solutions for excellent prices, great customer service, and an overall good personal attitude towards life.
