The Sheffield family are a great bunch. They are friendly and the customer service is the way it should be. I have bought several Milwaukee cordless tools and Big Green Eggs, including part & accessories. I wish I could find folks like this to do business with everywhere. They make me feel like family.

Great people here! They test, repair and get parts... Also they carry big Green egg grills!

Excellent service! The owner, Glenn, took the time to take our hydraulic auto-pilot apart to see what size carbon brushes we needed, but while he was in there, he cleaned the whole thing up and made it run perfectly again. Escambia Electric saved us a great deal of money by quickly (within 24 hours) solving what we thought was going to be a major problem. Glenn educated us along the way and shared photos of his work so we could learn more about our motor. We were incredibly impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to help us. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Thank you again for your help and hard work.
