Our air went out during a heatwave and on a holiday weekend, yet they called us back within an hour and came to check it and completely repair/replace parts by that evening. We had just returned from vacation, and our blower had gone out during a power surge from a storm that occurred while we were gone. Luke brown, the technician, showed up within 30 min of calling after hours and was one of the most professional techs I've met. He was kind and to the point, helped us figure out what the issue was, made us aware of everything during the process, and really saved us from having to go a while with a 86° house. Afterwards he explained maintenance of our system and things to look for in the future and made sure we were set with what to do. He did his due diligence in making sure we knew everything the company could offer us to help protect our system and really looked out for us. For that level of professionalism and being open 24/7 I couldn't recommend Florida air more.

I called Florida Air conditioning and heating for an inspection of my AC and heating and they were amazing, the tech, Austin, that came out was awesome and even helped me understand my AC a little bit better! I got the inspection done so that when I rent my house out I would not have to worry about something crazy happening immediately, and Austin took his time and made sure everything was in working order and running smooth! I will be letting my tenants know that this is the company I trust and should be the first to call when anything is needed! Service: A/C system maintenance
