Our home was damaged by a tornado in January 2023. Out of all the roofing/general contractors that I have talked to, Grant Rowell was the most professional and the most straightforward and I personally felt his genuine eagerness to help us out through stress of repairing our home. He helped us with retarping the blown off section of the roof and used his drone to better assess the damages even before we decided to hire him and Hightower Industries (of Pensacola) for the repairs while we waited for UPC and FIGA to settle with us. He never made us feel as if we were just another costumer. He was always available to answer our questions and made sure he visited our home after a project was completed. Grant was fantastic from the first day I spoke with him in regard to my need for a new roof on a home I was purchasing as well as the removal and re-install of solar panels. I have a very busy work schedule and he even came to meet me at work and discuss options on a few different occasions.
