UPDATE: Today, Mon July 24th, the Owner emailed me an unprofessional message in response to the several reviews I made and the certified letter I sent to the company according to FL ST 558.004. In the email, the Owner said, 'You've not been kind to me or my staff, and I've been EXTREMELY responsive to you.'" Here is the updated story: The roof was re-roofed 2 times in February and March 2021 in Pensacola FL due to several leaking issues. Leaking issues continued from time to time. On March 13, 2022, additional repairs were done by the company. On Saturday, June 17, 2023, I had a light cover ball in my bedroom closet half full of water after the rain, and there was water on the floor of my laundry room. On June 18th, the company advised me that they will come over on June 19, 2023, and they did. On June 27, 2023, I had leaking water through electrical in my bedroom closet. On June 29 and July 2nd, I was advised that “The heat has just been overwhelming this week and limited my work hour
