The work they did was fine, and the people at the front desk are nice, but the cost of the service is insane. They replaced a breaker switch for me, since I couldn’t be home to do it myself. They charged me $598, to include a 4% charge for using a card, for Something that wouldn’t have cost me more than $100 to do myself. The service call itself was $225 which is high, but pretty common. An extra +$300 to replace a breaker switch is ridiculous. He didn’t even call to tell me how much it would cost. He just did it, and then sent the bill after. This is just stealing with extra steps.

Excellent work and service. Very friendly office staff and my electrician was helpful in explaining what I need and did not try and sell additional work I did not really need. Just a great overall experience!

Mr Johnson came out and recommended that I replace my outdoors CB box due to corrosion. When he was there he also mentioned that they would fix my outdoor light as well. They did the work, I am pleased with the final product. I would have liked them to fill the holes in the side of the house. One was 2.5” in diameter. The electricians ran out of time and did not look at the light. I called and the receptionist said they would notify Mr Johnson. I have never heard anything back. Like I said, I am satisfied with the work, but I paid $3,000. If I told a customer I would do something, I would do it. No matter how small. Service: Electrical power restoration
