I was at work and my Mother had to field the service call. My Mother is 87 and hearing impaired. When Blake called and said he was on his way to my home I explained to him that my mother was hearing impaired. I told him to look at her when he spoke and she would understand him. He did everything just right!! My Mother was very happy with his service and said he was a very nice guy. Thank you for your quick service in seeing to our A/C problem and Thank you Blake! Chad was wonderful! He cleaned the inside and outside unit and lines. Checked the freon and gave me some tips on keeping it cleaned in between services. My ac is now cooling at the temperature on the thermostat again and whatever he used to clean with smells better than my air freshener. I will have them out again!! Service: A/C system maintenance

Worse experience ever. Our ac is old and we bought the house 2 yrs ago and we got a card in the mail for a service check and inspection. The ac was working. The guy came out and did a check told us the whole system needed replaced and it was going to cost between $12,000 and $20,000. Did a whole lot of pressure sale to get us to buy a new unit. I asked him several times I needed a bid and about 30 min after he left we got the bid. Once I said we are not buying a new system until I get a second bid. He put stuff back together and left. About 3 hours later we had no air conditioning. I called and left a message on the office phone and the next day I received a voice message saying they can come back out but it would cost another $49 for them to check it out. Like that’s not going to happen. Future Customer be aware Service: A/C system maintenance
