AC went out and we called white sands as they are the company that installed it. They gave me a time they would be on site and they didn't disappoint. When the tech arrived he identified himself and the company, and immediately got to work. Ryan didn't miss a beat, had the system inspected and figured out the problem in no time. Took even less time for him to replace the part that went out and then he patiently waited in the heat to ensure all the readings came back correct. He even got the water hose and washed off the outside vents of the unit to ensure it was able to perform at full capacity. Starting with the young lady answering the phone/dispatch. I initially left a message. Within a few minutes she returned my call. She was courteous, professional, good humored, and relayed what I told her to the tech. The technician, Scot, showed up well within the time frame dispatch had given me. As well, Scot was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, good humored, and patient in solving the issue. The whole experience, beginning to end, was a pleasure. It's encouraging to know there is still a business/company out there that offers professionalism combined with an excellent customer experience. Michael
