AC went out and we called white sands as they are the company that installed it. They gave me a time they would be on site and they didn't disappoint. When the tech arrived he identified himself and the company, and immediately got to work. Ryan didn't miss a beat, had the system inspected and figured out the problem in no time. Took even less time for him to replace the part that went out and then he patiently waited in the heat to ensure all the readings came back correct. He even got the water hose and washed off the outside vents of the unit to ensure it was able to perform at full capacity. Thank you White Sands for going above and beyond to help repair my AC and coming back the following day when I had electrical issues. Scott and his team fixed my electrical problem in an effort to help me. The electrical issue turned out to be a bad GFI plug totally unrelated to anything they worked on. But Scott could tell not being able to get in and out of the garage was a big deal and sent someone to help. They are a great company to use with excellent customer service!!
