Alan’s Air Conditioning Service is outstanding. We decided to give them a try after a family friend’s recommendation. Saying that we were amazed with the results and work would be an understatement. Spearheading the effort was our technician John D. He not only educated me on the proper placement of the vents. But, he also explained the problems the causation of issues that we had; some of which was due to previous work done by Acree. Overall, I would say that they have earned a life-long customer. I scheduled a time for ac to be serviced and I received a text the morning of showing me who the tech was and that he was in route. Tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job servicing the outside and inside units. Sent me pictures of the before and after and sent the invoice promptly with paid receipt! Very simple. Alan’s Air Conditioning is the best! The technician who came out was extremely courteous and professional. He explained what was going on in layman’s terms so I could understand it.
