Joe is the only Guy I will let touch my AC. He understands the true definition of customer service. It always amazes me how quickly he can diagnose and correct the problem. He’s the guy I recommended to my mom and we know some AC service providers take advantage of our seniors but Joe isn’t one of them. Called Joe this afternoon, because my a/c was hardly blowing out any air, and the air coming out of the vents was warm. Joe answered the phone immediately and asked me several questions to narrow down the possibilities of what might be wrong. He told me he was on a call but would be here before 5:00. He showed up before 4:00 and immediately pinpointed the problem. He installed a new capacitor and gave me some very good advice on maintaining my aging a/c. This was the first time calling Joe, and I would not hesitate to call him again. I already gave his name and number to my sister, because she is having trouble with her a/c. Joe is the most amazing repair man! He is so helpful and kind! If her can walk you through some steps before he gets to your house, he takes the time to help you. How many people do that?
