Called couples of times for door installation. I talked with Robert and other agents. They said some come and give me estimate of door insulation but no call no show. Poor service
I read the reviews of this company and it's 4.9 so I decided to make a call and ask few questions. The agent's w who answered my call named was Kevin and he was so rude . He hang up the phone on me when he didn't get the answer what he wanted to hear. I mean the company and the contractor might do an an amazing job but this agent ruined it. Thank God I did not give my business and waste my money. That agent needs to find another job cause this profession he in right right now is not for him. When u work in a customer service u need to have patience polite and courteous.
