I needed a technician to check what was wrong with one of my AC , and Air America sent us Rickey McClam . He was on time and very knowledgeable. Guido came out on time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I walked him through what was needed/my issue and within minutes knew what needed to be done and showed me an estimate for what was recommended. We settled on a deal and within the hr was completed. My only complaint would be the cost of the companies services, they are on the higher end of the competition, but you get what you pay for. If I ever need a plumber to come out again, I will personally request Guido only to come by and help out. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
