We are getting ready to sell our house and decided to finally get a new sink installed and have some hose bibs replaced that had broken over the years…it was a last minute decision, but I reached out to Plumbing Troopers on Thursday at 4:45pm and they were able to schedule someone to come out the next day between 12-2!!! Amazing!! Jacob and Eric arrived on time and immediately got to work explaining what they found and the work that needed to be done. By the end of the day, we have a beautiful fresh new sink, our main into the house repaired and new hose bibs installed! I can not say enough how great Jacob and Eric were!!! Super courteous and professional! Very clean! Very knowledgeable! After dealing with a few not so great contractors recently, it was so refreshing to have such a great experience!! Kyle was prompt and thorough. He gets 5 stars. Company gets zero stars. After all the work he did to provide me quotes the department manager decided they were not going to do any tunneling because of being short staffed. They should communicate this to their employees earlier. They lost a $40,000 job.

They gave the best quote from all the companies we saw and I wasn’t Disappointed in their service either. The plumbing installation for my commercial ice maker went great.
