Kyle was prompt and thorough. He gets 5 stars. Company gets zero stars. After all the work he did to provide me quotes the department manager decided they were not going to do any tunneling because of being short staffed. They should communicate this to their employees earlier. They lost a $40,000 job.
I needed a technician to check what was wrong with one of my AC , and Air America sent us Rickey McClam . He was on time and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and took his time explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions! We were very satisfied with his job. Service: A/C system repair
