Bentley Roofing

Roof replacement started in August 2022. I asked them to not start replacement until tile delivery is confirmed. They insisted, that roof can be exposed upto 6 months and started work on my roof any way despite my reluctance. To date, they do not have tiles for my roof and they do not know when they will get them. They keep telling me 4-6 weeks and its now almost 6 months. They do not return you calls. Bentley roofing was one of 4 roofing companies that we got estimates through. We had a major leak and needed the roof replaced. Several previous repairs, by another roofing company, were not holding up. The person that came out, Rafael, was prompt and explained everything thoroughly. After getting 4 estimates, we went with Bentley because they were not only the most informative, prompt and professional but came in very close to the lowest estimate. The estimate Rafael provided was very accurate. In the estimate, you are told that any additional materials and labor needed once they uncover everything will cost extra and it is broken down. All of the estimates had this but it turned out, Bentley’s estimate was conservative and very accurate. To be honest, I was expecting a huge extra cost because our roof was a mess. It turned out they the extra needed was surprisingly very little, within $500 to be exact. Now, we were told by Rafael that tiles were running at a delay of 12 to 15 weeks

Recently I used Bentley Roofing to install a new roof on my home. From the staff to the workers, they were professional throughout the entire process. I had a time limit to work with and they completed all scheduled work within the time agreed. I had a misunderstanding reference the permitting process. The owner of the company took the time to call me and explain the process. I would highly recommend this service. Service: Roof installation
