We had the horrible under-house cast iron sewer pipe rot problem. As bad as this is, Bob Smith was great to deal with in getting it replaced. They are true professionals and know this pipe replacement work very well. Never a huge mess, always prompt, no delays once the job started. Ours was complicated and more envolved than originally conceived but again they walked us through our options and helped us make good decisions.
