Hyer roofing replaced our old tile roof with a new GAF shingle roof in January. Brian’s crew started work early Monday morning with a fleet of vehicles. We were very impressed with how efficient the crew was. Multiple dump trucks hauled away the debris one after the other. They placed tarps all around the house to protect the area from falling debris. They cleaned up as they worked picking up nails around the house. Brian was always available to answer questions even after normal working hours. We also made some last minute upgrades after the start of the job. Brian was easy to work with. Hyer Roofing completed a flat concrete tile reroof of my home on May 8th 2023 with a seamless final inspection. Brian, the owner, is the consummate service provider. He is responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and unflappable. He invariably picks up his phone to address a customer inquiry or responds within a day to voicemails. He had several crews working on the roof from tear down, to plywood repair, to asphalting and hot mopping, to super gutter installation to new tile placement. The crews were focused on task completion and the turnaround time from tear down to final inspection was 14 business days. The crews worked diligently and made sure the property was left neat and clean after each workday. A neighbor loaned me a magnet on wheels for a final nail sweep and I picked up more old rusty nails that had been in the ground/bushes for years than anything else.
