He provided impeccable service while installing/overseeing our new A/C system, from the initial discussions of the system we needed to the final details of the installation. He is extremely thorough and hands-on and demands the best work from his crew. It was a pleasure to work with Carrie in his office as well, as she was always courteous, helpful and on the double. It is obvious that Eli wants his clients to be 100 percent satisfied and urged us to contact him a few days after the installation with any feedback. Wow, I don't know what I did to deserve the treatment I got from Intercoastal Air, but I couldn't be happier. I knew that I needed a new system and was looking for bids when I got a tip to call these guys. Eli came out immediately and twenty minutes later I had a price that I couldn't refuse. Three hours of work by an experienced team and I was enjoying the cool air from a new Carrier system. Through the whole thing the office manager, Carrie, kept in touch with me, asking if things were going well and wanting to know if there was anything that she could do to help. She even called after the installation to know if everything was good. I never expected that level of service, but it exists here.
