USA First A/C

I highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a new A/C system or maintenance on your current unit. We are selling our condo and instead of repairing the 15 year old unit decided to replace it. Sam was out to look at the unit within an hour of my calling. We had an estimate that afternoon. Was a great price and excellent service from everyone involved. They went out of their way to get us the most undated unit and one that was the perfect size for our condo. The company we had used in the past took over a week to give us an estimate and was much higher. They took care of all the paperwork with our condo association and City of Wilton Manors. Definitely give them a chance to bid on your job.

As Property manager, I'm always looking for a reliable contractors so far this is the best Air Conditioning company I had work with. for instants I have 3 unit needed maintenance and one of them I was told it will need Evaporator Coil and computer board I was skeptical about it, so I called USA First Brandon recommend to send the technician first as its hard to diagnoses the issue over the phone which is true and guess what, I didn't need new Coil or even the Board all what it was bad Cap and bad switch control the unit is running and cooling again. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I'm so pleased with their outstanding services. Thank you
