I recently installed a 2.5 ton new ac system in my home and cannot say enough about the entire experience- from the competitive pricing to the quick and outstanding installation. There are contractors that do a neat job but this tech (Lucas) went above and beyond a 5 star rating with the work he did at my home. I recommend this company without reservation. Fast forward to 2 years after the above review was posted: I STILL GIVE ALEX'S POOL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING 5 STARS! We encountered a problem with a clogged drain pipe (my fault for never pouring bleach in it every few months like the install tech told me) and Alex responded quickly and came to our home to unclog the drain for a more than reasonable charge. The system had some minor drainage problems over the next several days and Alex dispatched each time until a small air bubble was found in a pipe INSIDE the wall- we were never charged for the multiple follow-up visits to our home. Very pleased with Alex and his team. We called on Monday and we were enjoying our newly-installed pool heater on Thursday afternoon. The electricians were efficient, effective, and fairly priced. You can tell Alex cares about each customer and their overall experience. We would happily recommend Alex and his company. Well done!
