I am glad that I went with Dale's for my AC system's maintenance plan. Not only are they professional and dependable but they spent the time educating me how to properly maintain my system and hiw the system operates. Dustin G. took the time to thoroughly check the system and instruct me in the optimal way to maintain the system. I feel a sense of confidence this company is monitoring the system. Jamie, my tech is friendly, courteous and does a thorough job with my A/C. I am pleased wih Dale's service. I highly recommend them. Tracie, their receptionist, is also very friendly, helpful and accommadating.

Short story-Don’t use Dales ac unless you want to be threatened in your own home. Long story- got quote for ac that was competitive with other companies in our area, sales guy was great and decided to go with them. Paid half the price up front in cash, Install day comes and a a guy and is wife shows up to install our ac, he gets the ac mostly installed and is checking vent temps and it’s not cooling yet, as well as needing to button up a few other issues. His wife comes over and asks me to pay the remaining half and I simply say “once it’s fully installed and working (ac still not blowing cold) I’ll pay the remainder balance to the sales guy” her husband screams back “you’re not going to pay?!” I reply “that’s not what I said, I said I’m going to pay the sales guy once the jobs done and working” then he proceeds to scream “if you’re not going to pay i have to rip the ac unit out” then screams to his wife to get his tools and shut the breakers off so he can remove the unit.
