He was straight with me about needing a new one and why and he gave me the best price and options - and I had met with five others. With such a high ticket investment, I received high quality support to go along with it and that is such a relief. Shocked to be replacing a 5 year old A/C unit, but was pleasantly surprised after calling Empire Air. Very reasonable pricing, especially after getting an estimate from another firm for almost twice Empire's price.
