The words reasonable and plumber don't often go together, but Jack's Plumbing is the exception! My first experience was a toilet I needed to replace because of a crack in the tank. Jack got right back to me with the same price that a handyman gave me so I chose them. There was no leaking (yet) but Kevin came on the same day that I called! I was extremely impressed with his work ethic. He was meticulous and so clean! He took his time making sure everything was perfect but no cranking up the quoted price. I was so pleased that I've had Kevin back two times since then to replace outdated faucets throughout the house. When I told Kevin that I "settled" for a color of bathroom faucets, he went on line and found me the exact color I wanted and good quality. Most people would have just let me continue with the faucets I had but he wanted me to be happy with my choice so he came back when the new ones were delivered. My water heater had been giving me issues. I saw Jack’s Plumbing van down the street on a Saturday afternoon and decided to take a chance. Jack and his son Kevin were very friendly and despite having been working all afternoon at this person’s job, they did not hesitate to say they would go over to look at my problem. Not only did they go pick up the heater for me at the local store but installed it, did not markup the price of the heater and charged me very reasonably. Excellent work ethic.
