We are using AC Authority for our semi annual maintenance and I have to say they have been great to work with. Kyle is very knowledgeable and explains everything in full detail. I wish we would have used them to install a new unit instead of the other company we went with.

Kyle was AMAZING! We were in the process of moving into our new place and the ac was broken, we called the landlord and she wasn’t sure someone could get out here on a Sunday, and sure enough I get a call 45 minutes later letting me know that they are sending someone out to fix our ac. Kyle was amazing he worked around all the moving chaos and fixed the problem in a timely manner along with communicating very well what the problem was and how he was going to be able to resolve it, and best of all he worked on a Sunday which is very very rare for companies nowadays! After one of the big box A/C companies failed to diagnose and fix my central A/C issue of not cooling the house, I called the A/C Authority and spoke to Krystal who was able to get me a same day appointment and kept me informed on the exact time. When they arrived, Kyle listened to my listing of the details of the issues I was having with the A/C unit and checked the inside and outside units. He was able to assess the problem and gave me a choice of several remedies. I picked the best one and the unit is working fine now. The is the forth A/C company I have used here. The A/C Authority is the best A/C company on the Treasure coast, by far. The attention to detail, honesty, competence and excellent customer service is the reason I will use them for all my A/C issues.
