I could not be more thankful for this company. We sat in the heat with no ac for 24 hours trying to figure out the best, most affordable way we could get the ac fixed. At about 8:30pm, our friend recommended to call Always Cool for a second opinion. Incredible service!! They came within 30 minutes and had our 17 year old ac running in an hour. Most of all, they were honest people and didn't make us feel scammed like the first company quote we got. Highly recommend them, will definitely be using them in the future. Great experience! My husband called Always Cool, Inc for an emergency service after realizing our outside unit wasn't running. The woman he spoke to initially was very professional and eager to help. She was able to put our request through to Dave who arrived quickly. Dave was also very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the visit. He had our system up and running in about an hour.
