My air conditioner went down three times in a 4 week period (late June through late July) during 90+ degree weather. After the repair person couldn’t get it to work I called American Air on a Saturday, after working hours and left a message. Within 30 minutes I got a call back from Jeff. I explained the situation and Jeff said he would get someone in on Monday. On Sunday afternoon I got a call back from Jeff with a ballpark price for a new system. He said Chris and his crew would be out Monday, late morning. On Monday Cris and the crew came in to assess the situation and promised to get back to me quickly. When Chris called back he gave me an estimate and promised to get back to me as soon as he located one of the components. Chris called before the end of the workday, he had located the part and scheduled the install for 8:00 AM on Wednesday. Chris and the crew were there on time Wednesday and installed a new system in just over 3 hours. Great service. Service: Installation
