Chris, You and your two technicians did an excellent job today. You have serviced our air conditioning for 3 years, finally it was time to replace it, having a family with 3 children in a large house, it was a necessity to be serviced ASAP and once again you came through. Your knowledge, experience, and customer service communications are outstanding. The 5 ton A/C unit with 16.5 seers was reasonably priced, which speaks very highly of your professionalism and not being driven by greed. Your technicians are courteous, clean, and professional. American Air Cares is an exception in the A/C industry, I am very appreciative of your professional services.
