I liked the work that I saw online so I called to arrange an estimate. Spoke with Vincent and he said he would come out this Saturday at 11:00 (he chose this time). Well 11 o'clock came around and he was a "no-show"... received a text from him at approximately 12:15 and he said "I apologize I did not realize how late I was in this last estimate and we will have to reschedule yours." So I replied that I understand that he's running late but why do we need to reschedule. After all, you've wasted more than an hour of my time already. He basically apologized and said that he has family arrangements today and will have to reschedule. I find it hard to believe that he's been in business more than 20 years and he operates this way.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. The crew that removed my old flooring and installed my new vinyl plank floor did an excellent job. Vincent the owner has an excellent work ethic And makes sure that the customer is more than satisfied. His pricing is more than fair for his workmanship .I would recommend this company!
