Had a leak under our kitchen sink. Ernie called me back within a couple hours, came the next day at exactly when he said he would (offered to come the same day but I wasn't home), figured out the problem, and fixed it in under an hour! Friendly, professional, to-the-point. Will def keep his number for future needs!
