Cody explained each step of the process and with his knowledge of the city codes he was able to determine that we had to separate roofs and only the shingle section needed to be redone. Once we told him to go ahead he rushed in and scheduled and completed the total roof installation in a matter of 2 weeks from permitting to final inspection. Cody does professional quality work.
