Was having trouble with water heater. My tank was under warranty but it was going to be difficult to take advantage of. We were exploring our options when suddenly all communications stopped. I was supposed to get a call back on Monday. I fheard nothing all week. When I reached out this morning I was told they did not want the job. I would be fine with that but they could have called me and let me know. I would still be waiting if I hadn't reached out. Will never use or recommend this company to anyone

We had an issue with our new Rheem water heater and Mr. Hedden was sent out to address the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong. Turned out to be the thermal expansion tank and pressure relief valve, not the water heater. Mr. Hedden then explained in detail how each of those items work and why it caused the problem with the water heater. I asked questions and he patiently answered each one. He also told me to reach out anytime if I had any questions. I cannot ask for any better service than what he provided. On a side note, the negative reviews from people having issues with their Rheem product seem extreme and nasty. Ignorance plays a big role in people's attitude. As a contracted service provider, Hedden can ONLY perform work on the actual Rheem product. Not the valves, pipeing expansion tank, etc. If it wasn't in the Rheem box, then it can't be touched.
