Just wanted to share my horrible experience with Make It Happen Electrical. We had 3 companies come out for some simple electrical work and decided to go with Make It Happen Electrical. We were a bit hesitant being he was so young ( we weren’t sure if he would be reliable), but we decided to give him a chance. He was supposed to come in Monday and never showed, we reached out and he profusely apologized and said he had car issues and the company van was at the mechanics office being fixed. He promised he would fit us in the next day and we said fine, we understood these things happen. Tuesday came no call again we called again he was apologetic saying he really tried to squeeze us in, but he was backed up due to the previous day issue with the van. He mentioned Wednesday might be a possibility, but said that Saturday would be best being he had no appointments for that day and would come and get the work done. Highly recommend. Have procured Wills services multiple times. Has always retuned my calls and set up service requested in a timely manner. Very conscientious dependable and does a great job.
