Absolutely a life saver! I called up on a Sunday afternoon with an issue with a fitting for a tankless water heater. The fitting were stuck on the old unit and of course it was not a part you could get just anywhere. I explained my situation and he came over to help. He got the pieces we needed off the old water heater. We really thought we were taking cold showers but he got us up and running! He did not have to stop what he was doing, on a Sunday, to help us but he did and I'm forever grateful. Thank you so much Nextgen. You gained a lifetime customer.

I hired them for my bathroom renovations. They were on time and completed the job within a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. It is a privately owned business which made it even better!
