Our roofing experience with One Construction was so nice. From start to finish, all work was done perfectly. The workmen covered all our landscaping and completely cleaned up every night before leaving. It only took 4 days, from start to finish. Evandro, the sales rep. was here daily to oversee all work being done. He was professional, and on top of all aspects of our roof. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof. Well, all of the five-star reviews were correct. I called them and the owner answered the phone and promised me his manager would call me back within 24 hours. The next morning Evandro called me back and took all my information down correctly the first time. I am out of state, and this is my rental property but no problem for Evandro. He immediately went to my property with the leaky roof and did a complete inspection. He called me from the property and gave me all my options. The next day I received an email with the price for every option. The roof was 19 years old, so I had no interest in the repair options, but I still received the prices. I did not want to play games, so I sent my first and second deposit up front so not to delay my new roof. Evandro went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations.
