I have used them each spring to make sure everything is ready for summer. Alex the tech is always great. He installed my system years ago. I have had a couple issues over the years and they are always quick to get it fixed. I called today and Alex was here in less than an hour. Good company. The excellent and very prompt service was even more than I expected. The pleasant service man, Alex Duro, worked so very hard in this unbelievable HEAT keeping me up to date with photos and videos, each step of the way. Ac went out at 5pm, and most other companies shut at 4:30 - 5pm. Called Rocket cooling, received a timely callback and everything was arranged in that call. they arrived earlier than expected, and pretty soon had everything diagnosed, resolved and back up and running. Great service and so happy to have had out of hours availability.
