Tim and his crew were awesome! Out of about 8 quotes, his was the most competitive. They definitely weren't expecting 4 layers of shingles (neither were we) but he honored the quote and took care of the whole job in 2 days. From start to clean-up, they were professional, fast, and high quality. Thanks for the great job - would definitely recommend to people looking for a new roof.

Unfortunately my roof developed a leak 6 months after this company replaced it. Not a small leak, we are talking puddle forming in my garage every time it rained. I called shoreline to report this and they sent someone out to put some sealant in to try to fix it. It didn't work so I had them come back out and give it another shot. This time they sent the person who replaced my roof so I thought we were in good shape to get it fixed this time. Next time it rained there was a puddle in the same spot. The leak remained. I called several times after this and either left a message or was told they would send someone out. After a few weeks of them blowing me off they stopped answering my calls. Bottom line, if you want a reliable company that stands by their work I would look elsewhere. I now have to contract a different roofing company to fix the roof Shoreline replaced 9 months ago.

Tony was very responsive. Roof removal was painless and the installation was quick. Great followup after the work was completed getting one problem area fixed. All while being the lowest quote for the job out of three different roofers. Service: Roof installation
