I was referred to Total Home Roofing, specifically Sergio to get a quote for my roof. I was told that he was great to work with and had very good communication skills. They were not wrong! He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and came prepared. I really appreciated him having shingle samples on hand and an information packet. The packet covers the warrenty and guarentees they offer, proof of the companies legitimacy, and even financing options available. Leaving me with very little questions. No gimmicks or confusion just fair honest pricing. Everything was explained very well and I was even able to see how the data for the quote was computed. It was a night and day difference compared previous agents that came from other companies to give me a quote. It left me feeling confident in their abilities.

I can’t say enough about the sales person who came to my door. very professional from start to finish. He was able to get me the color roof tiles that I wanted. Sergio came prepared. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient. He answered all and in the end. I ended up signing a contract. I’m so happy can’t wait to have my new roof. Sergio gets 10 stars.
