True Temp LLC

We started using True Temp 2 years ago when we moved to Florida. Edwin was able to help us extend the life of our old A/C until a week ago, when we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a new unit. We emailed Kimberly ,who is always very helpful with any issue we might have, Friday night. On Monday Edwin stopped by to look at what we needed and on Friday came with his team and installed the new system with great attention to details and in a very timely manner. I had my ac serviced a year ago and all the sudden it stopped working after they replaced a part in it I call to get someone to help they say we don’t guarantee the work ,, we guarantee the part what kind of story is this ,,, and they say that they have no record of the service on top of that they charge a fee just to come out other companies don’t do that very nasty attitude when answering the phone very unprofessional I think some of these reviews are done by the company to earn trust but please be aware of company like this Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance

We had heard great things about True Temp and decided to go with them for the installation of a mini split system in our garage for humidity concerns. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, responsive. We’ve had the unit for about a month now and have had no issues whatsoever. The work was done in a timely fashion and everything was cleaned up when they finished as though they were never even there. While we have a new build construction, we will not go with the company that installed the unit in our home. From now on, we are customers of True Temp for all of our heating and AC needs.
